Unfortunately some of you are telling us you are not always receiving our emails. Often this is because they are being put into your Junk email folder instead of your Inbox. To fix this we would recommend that you add us to your “safe senders” list (or “whitelist”) so that our emails don’t get mistaken for spam.
We send emails from two addresses:
- firstname.lastname@example.org – for general emails, invoices, booking confirmations etc.
- email@example.com – for password reset emails from the online booking system
